Begin by drawing the contour of the foot in the shoe. Just follow the outline of the foot and try and draw the curves, bumps and so on as you see them. Draw the heel of the shoe too. Note that you can se the inside of the heel, so don't just draw a two dimensional rectangle to represent the heel of the shoe.
