Let's dive in and draw the toes. You may want to erase the toe contour lines you made as we draw the toes in. Just eyeball where you see each toe contour going. Draw all four toes in. If one or more toes don't look right, erase that line and try again. Notice that the toe contours are not straight lines, these toes bulge a bit at the  knuckle. When you're satisfied with the toes, draw in the contour of the toenails like I did here.
